HOUSTON — Steph Curry’s performance Friday night against the Houston Rockets earned Twitter love from two basketball luminaries.

“NEVER underestimate the heart of a Champion‼️‼️’’ LeBron James tweeted after Curry scored 33 points in the second half.

After with Kevin Durant sidelined during Golden State’s series-clinching, 118-113 victory in Game 6 of the Western Conference semifinals, Dwyane Wade also saluted Curry via Twitter.

“Y’all better stop disrespecting @StephenCurry30 just because he’s a team first guy and is willing to sacrifice in moments doesn’t mean he’s not still a beast.’’

Curry looked mortal during first five games of the Western Conference semifinals and his subpar shooting turned him into a target.

“I heard a lot noise this series, I’ll just leave it at that,’’ said Curry, who has helped lead the Warriors to three NBA titles in four years. “Whether it’s positive or negative or whatever the case is, like I know what I’m capable of.

“It’s bigger than me so, I don’t get caught up in that. I don’t need any extra motivation. I don’s need to hear who I am as a player. I know that. So my confidence never wavers in those types of moments.

“I obviously appreciate those words (from James and Wade) and champions recognize champions and what it takes to win games like tonight and do what we’ve been able to do these last five years. So hopefully more of that to come.’’
